Sr Manager - FP&A For Mumbai(Qualified CA-4 to7yrs)

Job Roles:

• Ensuring month/quarter/year end books closing including provision for expenses of the Company and monthly preparation of schedules relevant for Audit
• Finalization of TMDALL Trial Balance, End to End Responsibility of Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly TB including correctness of Entries. Review of critical processes on a periodic basis e.g. revenue recognition, expense booking, pass through costs etc.
• Preparation and Presentation of Monthly MIS of TMDALL
• PO Booking, Invoice follow up from various business stakeholders and relevant Accounting entries of the same. Day to day working capital and funds management. This includes close co-ordination between Global Delivery Centre (GDC) and respective user departments.
• Resolving queries raised by CV/PV/EV Group Controlling Team and Consolidation Team
• Co-ordination with GDC for uploading of Monthly Details of RPT in FCCS / ARCS including clearing of the mismatches.
• Review of Standalone quarterly & annual financial statements of TMDALL as per Indian GAAP
• Overall Responsibility of Quarterly / Yearly Statutory Audits
• Overall responsibilities of Internal Control Over Financial Reporting (ICFR) Process Compliances pertaining to Accounts and Finance
• Review of Purchase Requisitions raised by Business Team alongwith Budgets and PO Limits
