Designation - Sr. Manager: Finance & Accounts

Location- Gurugram

Role & responsibilities

• Accounting & Finance:
• Maintain and manage company accounts, ledgers, and financial records in compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Handle GST, TDS, and other tax compliances, including filings and reconciliations.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and fund management.
• Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits.
• Ensure compliance with RBI and NBFC-specific reporting requirements (e.g., returns, disclosures).
• Monitor disbursements, repayments, and accounting of loan portfolio.
• Liaise with banks, consultants, and other financial stakeholders.
• Administration:
• Manage office administration, procurement, and vendor coordination.
• Maintain records of contracts, leases, insurances, and licenses.
• Coordinate HR documentation, payroll processing, and employee reimbursements.
• Support compliance documentation and logistics.
