Sr. Manager - F & A (Family Finance)

Role & responsibilities

Responsible for managing and overseeing the financial affairs, including accounting, taxation, investments, banking, compliance, budgeting, and financial reporting while ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.

• Maintain books of accounts and prepare periodic financial statements.
• Monitor cash flows, bank balances, and investment portfolios.
• Prepare monthly and annual financial reports for family members
• Coordinate with banks, wealth managers, brokers, and financial advisors.
• Track investments including equities, mutual funds, fixed income instruments, and alternative investments.
• Manage income tax filings for family members and family entities.
• Coordinate with tax consultants and auditors.
• Ensure timely compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
• Monitor household and personal expenses.
• Prepare annual budgets and track actual spending against budgets
• Manage insurance policies, property-related financial matters, and documentation.
• Maintain records of financial contracts, investments, loans, and legal documents..

• Strong understanding of accounting, taxation, and personal finance.
• Knowledge of investments, wealth management, and financial planning.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial reporting.
