• HVAC/Chillers/AHU Oversee and maintain all mall infrastructure assets including Transformers, DG sets, Chiller Plants, AHUs, Electrical Panels, Lifts, Escalators, HT substations, and kiosks.
• Supervise third-party facility management agencies and ensure closure of daily maintenance activities and snag lists.
• Prepare and implement an annual asset management calendar, including AMC renewals and preventive maintenance schedules.
• Ensure all preventive and breakdown maintenance activities are executed as per approved SO.
