Duties and Responsibilities:

Role:

• Work as part of IT Compliance team for largest NBFC, be part of Fintech & FinAI Transformation journey of BFL
• Jointly own, execute and manage Annual operating plan (AOP) of IT Compliance unit under the guidance of National Head
• Jointly execute & manage compliance reviews independently in the areas of IT General controls mainly comprising of
• IT Infra Server, Database & user management
• Application controls
• Information Security
• Data – security & privacy
• Review above areas covering controls for processes such as Change Management, UAM, API Security, Log management, etc. for infra unit as well as app controls.
• Demonstrate an understanding of review of these areas with respect to latest RBI guidelines and circulars applicable to upper layer NBFC.
• Demonstrate technical understanding of above domains along with specific in-depth knowledge of one of the above areas.
• Work jointly with a dynamic & growing team having diversified experience
• Also drive specific projects around IT & Fintech.

Soft Skills:

• Demonstrate managerial & work execution skills in order to handle day to day review, tracking, closure & reporting
• Develop rapport with IT teams for adding value through audit recommendations
• Work with Technical & other teams and constantly challenge status quo for bringing value addition

2. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Support and act as a key team member of IT Process owner team for ensuring end to end process setting, adherence & monitoring in the given area across all verticals within IT. Perform this activity to ensure regulatory adherence & Security, governance & Compliance control implementations.
• Help the team to ensure –
• Policy & SOPs are in place & updated for the given process
• Common process is implemented across all verticals
• Implement changes wherever required in the processes, in order to ensure regulatory adherence, and ensure principles of Confidentiality, Integrity & Availability.
• Monitor key KRIs across processes (via automated or manual methodology) and ensure corrective actions wherever necessary.
• Ensure that ready data is available for all audits, regulatory reporting and filings.
• Interact with Statutory, internal and regulatory auditors on need basis for the given process
• Respond, track and ensure closure of the actions arising out of the audits.
• Excellent hands-on experience in MS Excel and good at data analytics.
• Demonstrate technical & functional understanding of lending applications and have a 'process mindset'
• Work jointly with a dynamic & growing team having diversified experience
• With various BFL Fin-tech initiative, candidate need to have agility to adopt to new changes and put state of art review process.

• Understanding the complex IT environment and applying the existing regulations/controls for the same.
• Ensuring that the horizontal processes are in place with minimal errors.
