• Tax Audit Compliance
• Transfer Pricing Compliance
• Master file and CbCR Compliance
• APA annual compliance
• Advisory on domestic withholding tax and Foreign remittance
• Advance tax computation
• Group Tax reporting monthly and Annually
• Filing of submission before NFAC, AO and filing of OGE, rectification
• Tracking ligation
• Flipe side Entity Compliance
• Liaison with Counsel , consultant

• Trust Compliance Tax Compliance for All 9 trust TDS return compliance Review of Gratuity and TDS payments Review accounting in Tally
• Related Party Transaction Preparation Quarterly , Semi Annually and Calendar year wise RPT preparation Financial Year wise RPT preparation
• Royalty and Trademark Compliance Coordination between group and Plant controller for Royalty and Trademark invoices. Follow up for booking and payment of invoices. Tracking status of Royalty invoice booking and payments.
• Bangladesh Tax compliance Monthly/ Quarterly VAT and withholding tax compliance Quarterly Return Preparation ( QRP) basis Receipt and payment approach Calander year wise Financial preparation , getting audit from KPMGRJSC filing BIDA filing once in 2 yrs Statement of International transaction ( SIT) filing Return on Income ( ROI) and Tax computation Salary Tax computation
• Expats Compliance: Global Board Members (CTO and CFO-Global) tax return compliance and refund collection & remittance to home country account. Issuance of Form 16 to Expats
