Sr Manager - Customer Insights

We are evolving our Insights function from a traditional research team into an enterprise-wide Insights Centre of Excellence and Decision Intelligence partner. This role is designed for professionals who are naturally curious about consumers, comfortable working with data, and passionate about translating information into actionable business recommendations. The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong curiosity about understanding why consumers and customers behave the way they do.

Unlike a specialist researcher role, this position requires a balanced blend of business thinking, analytical capability, stakeholder management, and customer understanding. The individual will work across consumer, customer, seller, brand and market intelligence projects to help business teams make better decisions. The role will play a critical part in transforming data into strategic narratives that support growth, customer obsession and business performance.
