Sr. Manager - Cross sell

Job Overview

• To lead and optimize the Rural Cross Sell and Upsell tele sales function focused on base conversion.
• The role involves strategic planning, team leadership, performance management, and collaboration with product teams and Business team to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition.

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and execute Tele sales strategies aligned with business goals.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Tele sales executives and team leaders.
• Set clear KPI and performance metrics, monitor and drive achievement.
• Drive outbound Tele sales campaigns targeting high-potential customer segments, Streamline Tele sales processes for efficiency and scalability, implement data-driven decision-making using analytics and reporting dashboards.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance standards in customer interactions.
• Monitor Quality and customer experience metrics, implement training and feedback loops.
• Collaborate with product, Business, Credit, Analytics and Policy to align on offerings and customer feedback.
• Provide insights to leadership on customer behavior, and campaign effectiveness.
• Prepare and present MIS reports, team performance dashboards, and business updates to management

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate with minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in Telesales cross sell
• Minimum 3 year of team handling experience preferred
