Sr. Manager - Channel Sales (Team Lead)

Role & responsibilities

1. Channel Partner Development

• Identify, onboard, and activate new channel partners, brokers, and real estate agencies
• Build long-term relationships with high-performing partners
• Ensure partners are aligned with project offerings, pricing, and inventory

2. Sales & Revenue Management

• Drive sales closures through channel partners for ongoing and new projects
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
• Maintain strong sales pipeline visibility and forecasting accuracy

3. Team Leadership

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of channel sales executives/managers
• Set targets, track performance, and conduct regular reviews
• Coach team on deal closures, partner engagement, and negotiation

4. Partner Engagement & Activation

• Organize broker meets, site visits, and property showcases
• Ensure regular communication on inventory updates, offers, and schemes
• Design incentive programs to boost partner productivity

5. Project Coordination

• Work closely with marketing for campaigns, lead generation, and branding
• Coordinate with CRM and sales operations for booking, documentation, and closures
• Ensure smooth customer handover from partners to internal sales team

6. Market Intelligence

• Track competitor projects, pricing trends, and demand patterns
• Provide feedback on product positioning, pricing, and sales strategies
• Identify new micro-markets and expansion opportunities
