About this role
Role & responsibilities
Exposure to Rockwell Allen Bradly PLC, Kuka Robots with KRC4 exposure is MUST along with exposure to NASH, OBARA, Nimak Spot welding gus, SPMs related to Body shop welding etc.
1. Corrections of abnormalities for body shop equipments.
2. Repairs / modifications of spare parts / equipments.
3. Improvements as per requirement and problem analysis.
4. MIS preparation and presentation weekly / monthly.
5. Analysis of repetitive problems and taking corrective actions.
6. Inventory of Spares , indenting, and maintaining stock and records.
7. Understanding & knowledge of Welding technology, pneumatics, hydraulics, Spot welding machines, Mig welding machines, Robots, material handling equipments, Expertise in kaizens, QCC, TPM , IATF, EOHS.
Preferred candidate profile
Good communication skills, Good grasping and understanding
abilities with analytical approach towards problem identification and resolution and good presentation skill.
