Sr. Manager/ AVP, KYC and Onboarding

Key Responsibilities

You will be working as part of a team to onboarding institutional and individual clients on to

our Singapore based exchange.

• Onboarding new clients by following existing client due diligence and anti-money

laundering process.

• Periodic monitoring of clients, including transaction monitoring
• Ensure files are delivered and maintained to the highest standard.
• Improve existing processes via the use of new technologies.
• Effectively communicate with internal management, Sales, Operations and

Compliance, escalating issues in a timely manner as required.

What are we looking for?

The successful candidate should have the following skills and experience:

• Relevant experience in a similar due diligence/KYC role, preferably from a

reputable bank, broker or asset manager.

• In-depth familiarity with the AML/CFT/sanctions regulations, procedures and best

practices in Singapore. Knowledge of AML/CFT/sanctions regulations, procedures

and best practices in other jurisdictions will be a bonus.

• Ability to work independently as a subject matter expert.
• Mandarin, Arabic and/or Cantonese speaking will be an added bonus for interaction

with non-English speaking customers.
