About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned and results-driven Sr. Manager / AGM / DGM / GM Print Media Sales to lead and scale print advertising revenue across the Karnataka and South India markets. This leadership role demands deep market expertise, strong relationships with national advertisers, and the ability to translate strategic opportunities into sustained revenue growth. You will be responsible for strengthening marquee client partnerships while identifying new business and category expansion opportunities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Revenue Strategy & Market Leadership

• Own and drive print advertising revenue for the Karnataka / South India markets.
• Define and execute market-specific sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
• Identify category-level opportunities and expand wallet share across existing and new clients.

Client Relationships & Business Development

• Leverage connects with national advertisers to drive sustained revenue growth. Acquire new high-value accounts and strengthen long-term partnerships with marquee clients. Convert strategic relationships into measurable and scalable business outcomes.

Sales Execution & Innovation

• Support customized print solutions, innovations, and special advertising properties aligned with client objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design high-impact advertising solutions and ensure flawless execution.

Market Intelligence & Performance Insights

• Provide continuous market intelligence on advertiser trends, pricing dynamics, and competitive activity.
• Track performance across categories and accounts, identifying opportunities for course correction and growth.
• Share actionable insights and strategic recommendations with senior leadership.

Experience Required:

• 12+ years of proven experience in print media sales Strong, established relationships with large national advertisers and senior decision-makers Hands-on experience in the South India advertising market is must. Demonstrated success in managing high-value, multi-category accounts.
