Sr Maintenance Engineer- PLC Programmer

Key Responsibilities

• PLC Programming & Troubleshooting: Develop, modify, debug, and troubleshoot PLC programs to ensure smooth operation of production equipment.
• Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance: Diagnose PLC-related faults and minimize machine downtime through effective corrective and preventive maintenance.
• PLC Systems: Work on PLC platforms such as Mitsubishi, Delta, Siemens, Allen-Bradley, or other relevant systems.
• Electrical Maintenance: Troubleshoot electrical circuits, control panels, sensors, relays, contactors, drives, and industrial automation systems.
• HMI Integration: Configure and troubleshoot HMI interfaces, alarms, interlocks, and machine operating sequences.
• Automation Support: Identify recurring machine faults and implement permanent corrective actions to improve equipment reliability.
• Production Support: Coordinate with Production and Maintenance teams to resolve equipment breakdowns and ensure production continuity.
• Documentation: Maintain PLC program backups, electrical drawings, breakdown reports, and preventive maintenance records.
• Continuous Improvement: Support automation upgrades, cycle-time improvements, and equipment performance enhancement.
