WE ARE HIRING FOR LIVE UNDERWRITER US MORTGAGE

Work Location: Navi Mumbai (Airoli) | Work From Office
Experience: 3 to 4 Years in Live Underwriting
Shift: US Shift | 6:30 PM 6:30 AM (Any 9 Hours)
Week Off: Rotational Off
Immediate Joiners Preferred
Key Skills Required
- Live Underwriting experience Mandatory
- Strong knowledge of Origination Underwriting
- Experience with Form 1003 / URLA
- Strong understanding of 4 C’s – Character, Capacity, Capital & Collateral
- Expertise in Income Calculation, including self-employed income
- Knowledge of Credit, DTI, Assets & Liabilities
- Encompass / LOS experience preferred
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
