Sr Legal Officer

• Must possess strong expertise in PowerBI, SQL, MS PowerPoint and be capable of creating professional management presentations, graphical dashboards, trend analysis reports, charts, visual MIS, scorecards, and data-driven business insights.
• Hands-on experience in preparing trend lines, performance graphs, comparative analysis, executive dashboards, and visualization of collections/legal recovery data for senior management reviews is mandatory.
• Ability to convert complex datasets into clear visual representations and actionable insights for business decision-making.
• Manage and maintain backend data systems related to collections and legal cases, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and timely updates.
• Support the Collections Legal team by organizing, tracking, and updating case-related documentation and records.
• Prepare and manage MIS reports, dashboards, and data summaries for business decision-making.
• Ensure proper documentation, filing, and retrieval of legal and collections records in compliance with company policies.
• Coordinate with internal teams (legal, collections, operations) for data requirements and case status updates.
• Perform data analysis using MS Excel (advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, etc.) to identify trends and insights.
• Create professional presentations and reports using MS PowerPoint for management reviews and stakeholder meetings.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of all sensitive legal and customer data.
• Assist in system enhancements, data validation, and process improvements to improve operational efficiency.
• Monitor system requirements, troubleshoot basic backend issues, and ensure smooth data flow across platforms.
