Sr Lead Data analyst - Regulatory Reporting

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain regulatory reports for BFSI clients, ensuring compliance with CCAR, CECL, and other relevant regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data gaps and implement improvements in data governance, quality, and warehousing.
• Design and execute ETL processes using Snowflake to extract insights from various sources of structured and unstructured data.
• Provide expertise on US regulatory reporting requirements to ensure accurate submission of financial statements.

Job Requirements :

• 5-10 years of experience in Regulatory Reporting or related field (BFSI).
• Strong understanding of Basel II/III, CCAR/CECL regulations and their application in banking industry.
• Proficiency in SQL programming language with hands-on experience working with large datasets using tools like DWH/EDW/ETL.
