Sr/Lead Automation Test Engineer

Job Description

Loginix Technolabs is looking for an experienced Sr/Lead Automation QA Engineer who is passionate about software quality, test automation, and delivering reliable products.

You will work across a range of software products, including AI-powered applications, database-focused solutions, and other modern software systems. This role offers the opportunity to work with diverse technologies, contribute to product quality, and improve testing processes through effective automation.

We are looking for someone who can take ownership of QA activities, work independently, communicate effectively, and contribute to continuous quality improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts and test suites.
• Create test plans, test scenarios, and test cases based on product requirements.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and API testing.
• Identify, document, track, and verify defects throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Perform database testing and validate data using SQL queries.
• Collaborate with developers and product stakeholders to ensure product quality.
• Independently manage testing activities and take ownership of QA deliverables.
• Identify opportunities to improve automation coverage, testing efficiency, and QA processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in QA and Automation Testing.
• Strong practical experience with automation testing tools and frameworks.
• Good understanding of software testing methodologies and QA best practices.
• Working knowledge of SQL, with the ability to validate database records and results.
• Exposure to AI-powered applications or AI-driven testing solutions.
• Experience in functional, regression, integration, and API testing.
• Strong analytical thinking, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and lead QA activities when required.

Good to Have

• Experience testing database-related applications or products.
• Experience improving or maintaining automation frameworks.
