Sr. Launch Engineer (Delta ocv, & End of line testing SME) SME

Purpose of the Role The SME supports Delta OCV & End of line testing processes defect Analysis & Yield improvements by establishing process windows, leading trials and DOE, correlating SEI formation, Electrochemical process with NDT and destructive test data, and partnering closely with equipment, quality, maintenance, and production teams. The role is central to achieving stable, high‑takt, high‑reliability production by defining CTQs, supporting equipment commissioning, and enabling safe, repeatable, and high‑precision value stream.
