Job Summary

About the Role We are looking for an experienced Java Full Stack Developer (Tech Lead/Senior Developer) to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications while providing technical leadership and mentoring the development team.

Responsibilities

• Design software architecture, component designs, and technical specifications aligned with business requirements.
• Develop scalable, secure, and high-performance applications following coding standards and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Engineering (Computer Science preferred).
• 4+ years of software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in Java development.

Skills

• Strong proficiency in Core Java and advanced Java concepts.
• Expertise in Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data, Spring Security (Reactive Programming is a plus).
• Experience designing scalable, secure, and high-performance software architectures.
• Hands-on experience with Microservices and RESTful applications.
• Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Angular or React.
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and backend development.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Passion for continuous learning and adopting new technologies.
