About this role
Role: Senior Java Developer with hands-on experience in AI-assisted software development.
AI Coding Tools:
Candidates should have practical experience using AI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, or similar tools in their current/recent projects.
AI tools are actively used to generate application/code based on specifications provided by developers.
Core Requirement:
The candidate must have a strong Java/software development background.
Developers are expected to provide specifications/instructions to AI tools and leverage AI-generated code during development.
The developer's key responsibility is to review, validate, debug, optimize, modify and ensure the quality of AI-generated code.
Agentic AI Exposure:
Exposure to Agentic AI / AI-driven software development is preferred.
The AI tool will act as the primary code-generation driver, while the developer will provide technical direction and perform code review and validation.
Candidate Screening Criteria:
Senior Java Developer + hands-on AI coding tool experience: Suitable.
Candidates must have both strong Java development expertise and practical AI-assisted coding experience.
