Job Summary

Backend software development focusing on Java and Spring.

Responsibilities

Participate in software design meetings and analyze user needs.
Work independently to deliver high-quality outcomes with minimal supervision.
Design, develop, document, test, and debug software systems.
Translate general goals into actionable plans.
Consult with end users to prototype, refine, test, and debug programs.
Conduct routine tasks as directed.
Serve as technical expert on development projects.
Participate in full development life cycle including requirements analysis and design.
Support, maintain, and document software functionality.
Identify and evaluate new technologies for implementation.
Analyze code to find and fix errors.

Requirements

Must-have:

7-10 years overall experience
6+ years relevant experience.
Strong skills in Java, Spring, AWS.
Experience with AI-based workflows (Cursor, Claude Code).

Good-to-have:

Splunk
Jenkins
