  Preference: Female candidates preferred, subject to applicable employment laws.
• Salary: 19K tp 22K
• Office Timings - 9:30 to 6:30PM
• 2nd and 4th Saturday Off
• Must have Own laptop/Internet
• Language- English, Hindi & Marathi is additional

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end IT recruitment for Desktop Support, EUC Support, IT Service Desk, IT Support, and IT Asset Management roles.
• Source candidates with skills in Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 365, ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, ITIL, and desktop troubleshooting.
• Use Naukri, LinkedIn, Boolean search, and other sourcing platforms to identify qualified candidates.
• Screen resumes, coordinate technical interviews, and manage candidate pipelines.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and close positions within timelines.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT recruitment.
• Experience hiring for Desktop Support, IT Infrastructure, Service Desk, and IT Asset Management positions.
• Strong sourcing, screening, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and candidate engagement skills.
