Location: Turbhe- Arihant Aura, Navi Mumbai

Landmark- Opposite Turbhe Station

Work Mode: Work from Office / Hybrid

Working Days: 5 Days a Week

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding.
- Handle hiring for technical and IT positions across multiple levels.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Boolean searches, X-ray searches, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, and cultural fit.
- Manage salary negotiations, offer rollouts, counteroffers, and joining closures.
- Track and manage multiple open positions while ensuring timely closures and adherence to hiring targets.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines, market intelligence, and candidate networks for current and future hiring needs.
- Mentor junior recruiters and support overall recruitment team performance.

Required Skills & Experience
- 4-8 years of experience in technical or IT recruitment.
- Experience in Data/cloud/security/AI roles preferred.
- Proven experience in end-to-end hiring for technology roles, including mid-level and senior-level professionals.
- Strong understanding of IT technologies, recruitment methodologies, and candidate assessment techniques.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
