- Execute end-to-end IT hiring for engineering, cloud, data, cybersecurity, DevOps.

- Conduct technical evaluations and manage interview cycles.

- Build sourcing pipelines via LinkedIn, Naukri, GitHub, communities.

- Manage ATS, analytics, and candidate experience.
