This position is with GSS Operations. An individual will be aligned with the structured settlement operations team. In this position need to perform is responsible for managing administrative tasks like updating the policies details based on the request and core documents of the policy. Work includes critical financial transactions like bank change, and payment re-issue for annuitants that have opted for a structured settlements product from MetLife.

Any other essential function that may occur from time to time as directed by the Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end processing for Structured Settlements and Income Annuities, including updating policy details and ensuring all changes reflect the validated customer request.
• Conduct thorough research across multiple systems to verify customer information, supporting documents, and policy history before deciding to process, pending, or escalating a case.
• Review, interpret, and validate complex or handwritten customer documents to ensure compliance with SOPs, quality standards, and regulatory guidelines.
• Verify and crosscheck all policy documents and requests received, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and adherence to internal controls.
• Draft professional correspondence to requestors when additional information, clarifications, or supporting documents are required.
• Review and update documents submitted for legal review (e.g., death claims, beneficiary changes), ensuring compliance with state requirements and internal legal protocols.
• Ensure high accuracy in document indexing by reviewing content, correcting inconsistencies, and coordinating with stateside partners for clarification when needed.
• Assign and route cases to administrators or reviewers based on workload, urgency, and process priority.
• Proactively monitor work queues and maintain service-level timelines (TAT) with consistent attention to detail and quality.
• Maintain daily production reports and Time Motion trackers to ensure transparency in performance and case handling efficiency.
• Identify, escalate, and report process gaps, risks, or discrepancies to appropriate stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Apply strong comprehension, documentation, and problem-solving skills to interpret customer requests and resolve processing or indexing challenges.
• Support related operational and administrative processes to ensure seamless team delivery, workload balance, and business continuity.

Education

Bachelor's degree (Any Stream) or diploma with a minimum of 15 years of education.
