Sr. Industrial Designer

We have an immediate opening for the position of Industrial Designer at our Defence business.

Qualification (Mandatory):

• B.Des / M.Des (Industrial Design, Product Design or related field)

Experience:

• 5 to 10 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• User research, concept generation, prototyping, and concept validation using Design Thinking methodology
• User workspace design for defence systems/equipment
• Human factors and ergonomics-based design
• Packaging and layout design of defence systems/equipment
• Design for assembly, manufacturing, and maintenance
• Development of mock-ups and models for concept evaluation
• Coordination with engineering teams for concept optimization
• UI/UX design and collaboration with software teams

Key Skills:

• Industrial Design / Product Design
• Creative problem-solving and conceptualization
• Sketching and product visualization
• 3D Modelling and Rendering
• Graphic Design and Image Editing Tools
• Knowledge of Materials and Manufacturing Processes
