Sr Identity Engineer

You will work closely with the Global Cybersecurity & Identity Team, collaborating with Identity Analysts, Identity Engineers, Security, Compliance, and Business stakeholders across Americas, EMEA, and APAC. This team is responsible for designing, operating, and continuously improving Wabtecs enterprise Identity, Privileged Access, and Governance capabilities to support a secure and scalable global environment.

As a member of the Global Cybersecurity Identity & Access Management team, the Senior Identity Engineer will play a critical role in advancing Wabtecs global identity program. This role leads the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of Privileged Access Management (PAM), Identity & Access Management (IAM), and Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) solutions, with a strong focus on CyberArk Privilege Cloud and BeyondTrust.

The Senior Identity Engineer partners with security, compliance, and business stakeholders to strengthen governance, enhance control effectiveness, and improve operational maturity. This role delivers high-impact, scalable identity solutions while acting as a technical authority and escalation point across PAM and identity governance services.
