• Take charge of end-to-end recruitment for specialized technical and RD roles.

• Take absolute ownership of maintaining, updating, and optimizing the Human Resources Information System HRIS data accuracy and integrity.
• Design, generate, and maintain regular and ad-hoc HR dashboards, headcount metrics, turnover analyses, and workforce reports for leadership review.

Qualifications / Requirements

• Education: Full-time MBA in HR or MSW - HR from a recognized institute.
• Experience: 5 to 8 years of core HR experience, with mandatory exposure to a prototype facility, RD center, high-tech engineering design setup.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong hands-on experience in managing HRIS platforms and building comprehensive HR dashboards/analytics.
• Key Behavioural Traits: Integrity: Acts with moral courage, maintains strict confidentiality, and builds unbiased, trust-based relationships. Clarity in Communication: Articulates thoughts, instructions, and feedback exceptionally well across diverse groups (from technicians to senior leadership).
