Responsibilities

• Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to communicate Clavrit s value proposition effectively.
• Sourcing Mastery: Hands-on expertise with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) and building talent pipelines through referrals and networking.
• Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT roles (Software Engineering, SAP, CRM) and the nuances of the tech talent market.
• Education: Bachelor s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 4 - 5 years of proven experience in recruitment (Specific experience in IT Recruitment is highly preferred).
• Employee Engagement: Partner with the broader HR team to support internal employee engagement initiatives and maintain a positive company culture.
• Offer Negotiation: Lead complex salary discussions and offer negotiations, balancing candidate expectations with company budget and market benchmarks.
• Data Management: Maintain real-time accuracy in Recruitment Trackers and candidate databases to ensure data-driven decision-making.
• Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand department-specific needs and provide regular updates on pipeline health.
• Contract Niche Hiring: Manage specialized contractual requirements and project-based hiring, ensuring rapid turnaround for dedicated remote IT resources.
• Candidate Assessment: Conduct thorough behavioral and technical screening interviews to ensure candidates align with Clavrit s technical standards and collaborative culture.
• Strategic Sourcing: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques across LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, and internal databases to identify niche IT talent (AI Engineers, SAP Consultants, Salesforce Architects).
• End-to-End Execution: Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, from initial job intake meetings and sourcing to final offer negotiations and onboarding.
