Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for IT/Non-IT roles, including sourcing candidates through various channels.
  
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fitment with client requirements.
  
• Coordinate onboarding process for new hires and ensure timely joining.
  
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, applications, and offer extensions.
  
• Collaborate with team members to achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-5 years of experience in recruitment or related field (BPO/Call Centre).
  
• Strong understanding of domestic voice processes (customer service/support).
  
• Excellent communication skills in English; ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Proficiency in using technology-based tools for scheduling interviews/assessments.
