We are hiring for Sr. HR Operations Executive for a leading organization.

Location: Noida (Work from Office)
Experience: 3 to 5 Years
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred or 15days

Key Responsibilities:

• HR Operations and Employee Lifecycle Management
• HRMS Administration and HR Software Management
• Payroll and Statutory Compliance
• HR MIS, Reporting and Employee Database Management
• Talent Acquisition Support

Mandatory Requirements:

• Full-time, 2-year MBA in HR from a NIRF Top 100 institute.
• Experience managing HR operations for 300 to 500 employees.
• Willingness to travel as required.
