Sr .HR Manager

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the end-to-end HR Operations function, ensuring efficient, scalable,

and compliant HR processes across the organization.

• Drive the development, implementation, review, and continuous improvement of HR

policies, SOPs, and operational frameworks.

• Oversee employee lifecycle management including onboarding, confirmation,

transfers, employee records management, and separation processes.

• Ensure seamless execution of payroll by managing payroll inputs, validations, statutory

deductions, vendor coordination, and timely disbursement.

• Lead statutory and labour law compliance activities, ensuring adherence to all

applicable regulations and maintaining audit readiness.

• Own and drive the Performance Management System (PMS), including goal-setting

cycles, performance reviews, calibration processes, and policy governance.

• Manage employee relations matters, grievance handling, disciplinary processes, and

conflict resolution while ensuring a positive employee experience.

• Monitor and maintain HRIS and employee data integrity, ensuring accuracy,

confidentiality, and compliance with internal and external requirements.

• Analyze HR metrics and operational data to identify trends, drive process

improvements, and support business decision-making.

• Lead, mentor, and develop the HR Operations team, fostering a high-performance,

service-oriented, and SOP-driven work culture.

• Partner with business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to align HR operations

with organizational objectives and growth plans.

• Drive automation, digitization, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance

operational efficiency, employee experience, and governance standards.
