Sr. HR Manager - Lonavala (Hospitality Background Preferred)

Roles Responsibilities:

1. Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and separation.
2. Lead manpower planning and ensure timely fulfilment of departmental requirements.
3. Manage employee engagement, grievance handling, disciplinary matters, and workplace conduct.
4. Ensure compliance with company HR policies, statutory requirements, and labour laws.
5. Monitor attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and employee records.
6. Drive performance management, training development, and employee retention initiatives.
7. Prepare and review HR MIS, manpower reports, attrition reports, and other management reports.
8. Partner with HODs and senior management to address workforce and operational HR requirements.
9. Lead and mentor the HR team and ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations.
10. Maintain a positive, professional, and service-oriented workplace culture.

Job Expectations:

Qualifications Experience :

1. Strong experience in HR Operations, Recruitment, Employee Relations, and Labour Compliance.
2. Good knowledge of HR policies, statutory compliance, and hospitality HR practices.
3. Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
4. Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS/MIS reporting.
5. Candidates with experience in Luxury Hotels / Resorts / 5-Star Hospitality will be preferred.

Minimum Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum Job Experience: 8-12 years of HR experience, preferably in a reputed hotel, resort, or hospitality organization. Reporting to: Director- HR Travel: N/A
