Sr HR Executive - Statutory Compliance

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Executive with strong knowledge of HR statutory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Handle PF, ESI, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund, Gratuity and other labour compliances.
• Ensure timely filing of statutory returns and maintenance of registers/records.
• Coordinate with government authorities, consultants and statutory agencies.
• Monitor labour law updates and ensure timely implementation.
• Support HR statutory audits and compliance reviews.
• Coordinate with Payroll Finance for accurate statutory deductions and payments.
• Handle employee compliance queries and documentation.

Requirements

• Experience: 2-6 years in HR statutory compliance.
• Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws.
• Practical experience in PF, ESI, PT, LWF and payroll compliance.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage compliance deadlines independently.
