Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire employee lifecyclefrom recruitment to exit—ensuring smooth HR operations
• Lead talent acquisition efforts, including job postings, sourcing, and interview coordination
• Address employee grievances with empathy and resolve issues through effective communication and conflict resolution
• Oversee payroll processes and ensure compliance with statutory regulations
• Partner with internal stakeholders to enhance employee engagement, retention, and organizational performance
