Sr HR Executive - AI & Recruitment

Job Summary

• Senior HR Executive / Talent Acquisition professional with strong IT/technical hiring exposure
• Identify, evaluate, recommend, and implement new ATS, AI, and HR technology solutions

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from requirement understanding and sourcing to onboarding
• Use ATS platforms for candidate tracking, pipeline management, interview scheduling, feedback management, candidate communication, and recruitment reporting
• Use AI-powered recruitment tools for sourcing, resume screening, candidate matching, Boolean search, JD creation, candidate communication, and recruitment analytics
• Identify repetitive and time-consuming recruitment activities and implement AI/automation solutions to reduce manual effort and recruitment turnaround time
• Research, evaluate, and recommend suitable ATS, AI-powered recruitment tools, and HR technologies, and own their implementation, setup, and adoption within the organization
• Support HR operations, onboarding, employee engagement, documentation, and other HR activities as required

Must-Have Skills Experience

• 5-7 years of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, or Recruitment
• Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably IT/technical recruitment
• Hands-on experience working with one or more ATS platforms and understanding of ATS workflows
• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn, Naukri, Boolean Search, passive candidate sourcing, and niche hiring
• Ability to research and stay updated with new AI tools and HR technologies
