We're hiring | Senior Hardware Design Engineer
We are looking for a hands-on Senior Hardware Design Engineer with strong experience in embedded electronics and end-to-end hardware product development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing IoT/IIoT/AIoT gateways, industrial automation controllers, and embedded systems from concept to production.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end hardware design, from system block diagrams to schematics, PCB layout, prototyping, testing, and production handover.
- Perform circuit design, component selection, schematic capture, and PCB design.
- Develop embedded hardware for IoT/IIoT/AIoT gateways, controllers, and industrial automation products.
- Work with connectivity technologies such as Wi-Fi, BLE, Cellular, LoRa, Ethernet, RS-485, and Modbus.
- Optimize BOM costs, component availability, and product reliability.
- Conduct hardware validation, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and board bring-up.
- Coordinate EMC/EMI testing, safety compliance, and product certifications.
- Collaborate with firmware, mechanical, product, quality, and manufacturing teams.
- Maintain technical documentation and support production and field-related hardware issues.
