The role requires deep Guidewire architecture, integration and implementation experience, along with strong London Market / Lloyds insurance domain knowledge

Mandatory Skills & Experience

• Extensive experience in Guidewire Solution Architecture / Technical Architecture.
• Strong experience across Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter and ClaimCenter.
• Strong implementation experience across both Policy and Claims.
• Hands-on experience with IPLM implementation across Policy and Claims environments.
• Experience in complex Guidewire transformation programmes within a consulting environment.
• Strong London Market / Lloyds insurance domain knowledge.
• Strong understanding of Guidewire integration architecture, APIs and event-driven architecture.
• Experience with Guidewire Cloud / Guidewire Cloud modernisation is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership experience, including handling large distributed teams/programmes of 200--250 members.
