Sr. Growth Analyst- Human Resource

Job Summary

To be responsible for initiating and leading human resource programs and projects, conducting research through various methods to identify a problematic situation or find the cause, and providing recommendations to clients for resolution of human resource issues.

Role Overview

Will lead HR programs, policy implementation, employee relations, culture management, and HR consulting initiatives for clients. Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and people management skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and lead human resource programs and projects.
• Conduct research through various methods (data collection, surveys, etc.) to identify a problematic situation or find the cause.
• Provide advice and recommendations to clients for resolution of HR issues.
• Formulate strategic and practical plans to address human resource matters.
• Devise plans and techniques to drive change and culture management.
• Assist in the development and integration of policies.
• Select and implement suitable HR technology.
• Help establish control systems for compliance with business methods and HR practices.
• Review systems and processes and make modifications to address issues.
• Refurbish knowledge of advancements in the field and present new ideas.
• Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance.
• Analyse trends and metrics with the HR department.
• Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances.
• Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
• Stay plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them to operations and activities.

Qualifications

• The candidate should have a Bachelors degree and MBA in HR; additional certification is preferred.
• The candidate should have a minimum of two-four years of experience.
