Sr. Graphic Designer

Manipal Advertising, a trusted name with over 30 years of expertise and part of the 100-year-old Manipal Group, is expanding its digital marketing, branding, and design services. We are seeking a dynamic Senior Graphic Designer to drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Creating visual content for brands (Static, Carousels, Videos, Pitch Decks, Webpage Designs)

2. Collaborating with the team to come up with content and video concepts - Building the agency as a core team member.

3. Conceptualize and create visually stunning designs for print and digital media, including but not limited to: marketing materials, branding assets, social media graphics, presentations, and website layouts.

4. Lead design projects from ideation to delivery, ensuring all deadlines are met and deliverables exceed client expectations.

5. Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and content creation, to understand project requirements and objectives.

6. Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering their growth and development within the team.

7. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design processes and outputs.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITIES:

1. 4-5 years of experience in static and video design in an agency or brand set up

2. Extensive knowledge in software like Illustrator, InDesign, Premier Pro, Photoshop

3. Candidates with knowledge in Figma and/or Webflow will be preferred

4. Motivated and has a high willingness to learn

5. Accountable with a unique creative outlook
