Role Description This full-time, on-site Sr. Google Ads Specialist role is based in Indore and focuses on leading and optimizing paid search campaigns across Google Ads. The specialist will manage end-to-end campaign setup, including keyword research, audience targeting, bidding strategies, ad copy creation, and landing page alignment to meet performance goals. Daily responsibilities include monitoring campaign performance, analyzing data, implementing A/B tests, and making data-driven optimizations to improve ROI, conversion rates, and cost efficiency. The role involves close collaboration with marketing, design, and development teams to ensure cohesive messaging and alignment with overall digital strategies. The specialist will also prepare performance reports, present insights, and recommend scalable strategies for multiple international client accounts.
Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Google Ads campaign management, including search, display, remarketing, and performance optimization.
• Proficiency in keyword research, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and campaign structuring for different industries and regions.
• Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), conversion tracking, and data interpretation for decision-making.
• Ability to create compelling ad copy, align campaigns with landing pages, and collaborate on CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization).
• Familiarity with broader digital marketing concepts such as SEO, social advertising, funnel strategies, and attribution.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and Excel or spreadsheet skills for performance reporting and forecasting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data in clear, actionable terms.
• Proven experience managing multiple client accounts or large-scale campaigns, ideally in an agency or performance marketing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Google Ads certification and familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools or automation platforms are highly desirable.
