About this role
Senior GenAI/AI Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop end-to-end Generative AI applications using LLMs, prompt engineering, embeddings, and transformer-based architectures.
- Build RAG-based applications for information retrieval, document processing, semantic search, and intelligent content generation.
- Develop Agentic AI workflows using LangChain and LangGraph, including AI agents, tool calling, API integrations, multi-step reasoning, and workflow orchestration.
- Use Python to develop scalable AI/ML applications, data processing pipelines, model integrations, and backend components.
- Apply strong Data Science and Machine Learning concepts, including statistical modelling, predictive analytics, NLP, forecasting, recommendation systems, and model optimization.
- Work with LLMs, Hugging Face Transformers, Azure OpenAI, and other AI frameworks to build and optimize production-ready AI solutions.
- Implement model evaluation, experimentation, performance monitoring, and MLOps practices to improve AI application accuracy, reliability, and scalability.
- Develop conversational AI, personalization, and intelligent decision-support solutions using structured and unstructured data.
- Deploy and integrate AI solutions using cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS, along with tools such as Docker and MLflow.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to understand requirements, design AI solutions, and deliver end-to-end AI products.
Required Skills:
- Experience with SLM Models, Deep learning architecture and transformers and fine tuning
- Strong hands-on experience in Python programming.
- Strong expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, and Agentic AI.
- Practical experience with LangChain and LangGraph.
- Experience building RAG pipelines, embeddings, vector search, and prompt engineering solutions.
- Strong foundation in Data Science, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and NLP.
- Experience with LLM integration, AI agents, tool calling, and workflow orchestration.
- Knowledge of model evaluation, deployment, and MLOps.
- Experience with Azure OpenAI, Hugging Face, or similar AI platforms is preferred.
- Good understanding of data analysis, statistical modelling, and predictive analytics.
