About this role
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Work with the team to create new designs
2. Coming up with creative ideas for Interiors & Furniture
3. Work with manufacturers through the entire design & build process
4. Work with a team of designers to set a design direction and supervise & Coordinate work and detailed drawings.
5. Work with all cross functional teams like Procurement and Quality to deliver a seamless design & build experience.
6. Guide other Designers in creating the design-specific drawings that are ready for execution.
7. Stay up to date with the latest design trends and techniques to ensure work is innovative and cutting-edge.
Desired Candidate Profile:
1. Strong verbal and written (English) communication skills.
2. Good experience with handling client relationships.
3. Ability to convey complex ideas effectively and efficiently.
4. Minimum 5+ years of experience in Furniture or Product designing.
5. Attention to detail and no-compromise attitude towards quality.
6. Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3dMax, Sketckup, Revit, Rhino, PowerPoint & Excel is a MUST.
7. Should be up to date with material knowledge as per current market trend is a MUST.
8. Technical design (Drawing Preparation & Material)
9. Custom design (Material knowledge, aesthetics & functionality)
