Sr. Full - Stack Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full-stack AI Application Engineer to design, build, and deploy next-generation, AI-powered software solutions. In this role, you will bridge the gap between advanced artificial intelligence and robust enterprise software. You will be responsible for developing intelligent backend services using Java and Python, creating intuitive user interfaces with React, and deploying scalable applications on AWS using modern CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities:

• AI Integration: Design and implement production-ready AI applications, integrating Large Language Models (LLMs), machine learning pipelines, and predictive analytics into core business workflows.
• Backend Development: Build scalable, secure, and high-performance microservices using both Java (Spring Boot) and Python (FastAPI/Flask).
• Frontend Development: Create responsive, high-performance, and visually appealing user interfaces using React.js to deliver seamless AI-driven user experiences.
• Cloud Infrastructure: Architect and maintain cloud-native applications on AWS, leveraging managed services for computing, storage, and AI workloads.
• DevOps and Automation: Own the end-to-end delivery pipeline by designing, building, and optimizing CI/CD pipelines to ensure continuous, automated integration and deployment.
• Collaboration: Partner with data scientists, product managers, and UI/UX designers to translate complex requirements into clean, maintainable code.

The core requirements for the job include the following:

AI and Machine Learning Applications:

• Proven experience integrating AI/ML models into commercial software products.
• Hands-on experience with LLM frameworks (e. g., LangChain, LlamaIndex) and vector databases (e. g., Pinecone, Milvus, Chroma).
• Familiarity with training, fine-tuning, or evaluating machine learning models.

Backend Engineering:

• Java: Strong proficiency in Java (version 11 or higher) and the Spring Boot ecosystem for enterprise-grade microservices.
• Python: Deep expertise in Python for data processing, scripting, and building AI-backed RESTful APIs.
• Solid understanding of relational databases (e. g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e. g., MongoDB).

Frontend Engineering:

• React.js : Advanced knowledge of React, state management (Redux, Context API), Hooks, and modern frontend build tools.
• Proficiency in HTML5 CSS3 ES6+, and responsive design principles.

Cloud and DevOps:

• AWS: Deep operational knowledge of AWS services, including EC2 Lambda, S3 RDS, ECS/EKS, IAM, and SageMaker or Bedrock.
• CI/CD: Experience building automation pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or AWS CodePipeline.
• Strong containerization skills using Docker and orchestration using Kubernetes.
