Sr. Full Stack Developer (.NET)

We are looking for a talented Senior Full-stack Developer (. NET) with hands-on experience in. NET Core and modern front-end frameworks such as React or Angular. The role involves building enterprise-grade applications, collaborating with international stakeholders, and contributing to digital transformation initiatives across multiple geographies at EngiNeo Solutions.

The core responsibilities for the job include the following:

Technical Development:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure full-stack applications using. NET Core, C#, SQL Server, and React/Angular.
• Translate business and functional requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code aligned with best practices and internal standards.
• Support architectural decisions and participate in code reviews to ensure high code quality.
• Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance on. NET and front-end technologies.
• Work closely with global teams, including product owners, project managers, QA, and business users.
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Integration and Data Migration:

• Develop and maintain REST APIs, web services, and integration interfaces.
• Support middleware development and integrations with internal and external systems.
• Assist in data migration and synchronization activities where required.

Support and Troubleshooting:

• Provide production support, enhancements, and issue resolution for existing applications.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Optimize application performance, availability, and scalability.

Training and Documentation:

• Create and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, specifications, and best practices.
• Prepare user and system documentation to support ongoing maintenance.
• Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and training workshops for internal teams when needed.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in software development with strong proficiency in. NET Core.
• Hands-on experience in ReactJS or Angular, TypeScript, and modern front-end development practices.
• Strong knowledge of C#, ASP. NET Core (Web API/MVC), Entity Framework, and SQL Server.
• Good understanding of RESTful services, microservices fundamentals, and API integrations.
• Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Exposure to unit testing, integration testing, and automated deployment workflows.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with global stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.

Additional Requirements:

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments (JIRA/Azure Boards preferred).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), containers (Docker/Kubernetes), and DevOps practices.
• Professional certifications in Microsoft technologies are a plus.
