Position Overview The Senior Frontend Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance frontend applications across enterprise and AI-driven platforms. The role requires strong expertise in frontend architecture, modern frameworks, UI engineering, and user experience optimization to build reliable and impactful digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities Frontend Development & UI Engineering

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance frontend applications.
• Build reusable UI components and frontend frameworks aligned with product needs.
• Translate UX/UI designs into high-quality, responsive, and accessible interfaces. Architecture & Performance
• Design scalable frontend architectures and engineering patterns.
• Optimize frontend applications for performance and cross-browser compatibility.
• Ensure frontend reliability, maintainability, and scalability. Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Collaborate closely with backend, AI, and product teams.
• Support end-to-end solution development across platforms.
• Participate in design discussions and architectural decisions. Code Quality & Best Practices
• Participate in code reviews and maintain engineering standards.
• Ensure clean, maintainable, and scalable frontend code.
• Support frontend security and development best practices. Mentorship & Team Growth
• Mentor junior frontend engineers and support team growth.
• Promote frontend best practices and technical excellence.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• Frontend or JavaScript-related certifications preferred.

Experience

• 6–8 years of overall experience in frontend application development.
• Minimum 4+ years of experience with React and modern frontend ecosystems.
