About this role
Job Summary
The Finance SME will lead finance process design and implementation for a multi-company NetSuite deployment within a Life Sciences environment. The role will define future-state financial processes, support solution design, and ensure alignment with accounting standards and corporate reporting requirements.
Key Responsibilities Financial Process Leadership - Lead design workshops for Record-to-Report (R2R), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
- Define chart of accounts, financial dimensions, and reporting structures.
- Support consolidation strategy for acquired companies.
- Design and validate NetSuite financial configurations.
- Support implementation of:
- General Ledger
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Fixed Assets
- Cash Management
- Revenue Recognition
- Financial Reporting
- Multi-Entity Accounting
- Define migration requirements for:

- Open AP/AR
- Trial balances
- Historical financial data
- Vendor and customer masters
- Lead UAT activities.
- Develop finance process documentation and training materials.
- Support cutover and hypercare activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- CPA, CMA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent preferred.
- 8+ years of finance transformation or ERP implementation experience.
- 5+ years of NetSuite Finance implementation experience.
- Strong knowledge of financial consolidation and multi-subsidiary environments.
