Job Title: Senior Finance Associate
Department: Finance & Accounts
Reporting To: Finance Manager / Finance Head
Job Summary
Responsible for managing day-to-day finance operations, cash flow, accounting, MIS, reconciliations, and statutory compliance to ensure accurate and timely financial management.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily finance and accounting operations.
• Prepare and monitor cash flow statements and projections.
• Handle accounts payable, receivables, vendor payments, and collections.
• Prepare MIS, budgets, forecasts, and variance reports.
• Perform bank, ledger, and account reconciliations.
• Assist in monthly closing, P&L, Balance Sheet, and financial reporting.
• Coordinate with auditors and ensure GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
• Support management with financial analysis and reports.

Qualification

• CA preferred OR Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, or Accounting.

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in Finance & Accounts.
• Strong hands-on experience in Cash Flow Management is mandatory.
• Experience in Media/Broadcasting/Entertainment industry preferred.
