Job Summary

The Senior Associate- US Audit is responsible to prepare and review end-to-end workpapers for Audit, review and Compilation engagements of EBP, condominium associations(HOA), NFP and commercial audit clients. This role requires strong technical NFP & HOA, EBP and commercial audit knowledge, sound knowledge on reviews & compilations proficiency in CCH software, and the ability to work independently while supporting process improvements.

Responsibilities

• The candidate shall prepare and finalize work papers of Reviews & Compilation engagements of NFP, EBP, condominium associations(HOA) audit and commercial audit workpapers, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable standards.
• The candidate shall independently prepare Financials of Reviews & Compilation engagements of NFP, EBP, condominium associations and commercial audit, notes, and supporting schedules, ensuring timely delivery.
• The candidate shall monitor engagement progress and ensure adherence to agreed timelines and client expectations.
• The candidate shall proactively communicate with US Partners regarding work status, issues, and audit updates.
• The candidate shall consistently meet client deadlines and deliver high-quality work within agreed timelines.
• The candidate shall promptly address client queries and ensure smooth coordination throughout the audit process.
• The candidate shall ensure proper documentation in accordance with firm methodology and auditing standards.

Education, Skills & Experience

• B.COM/M.COM/ CA inter/CA/CPA
• 3 to 5 years
• Strong Knowledge on Reviews & Compilation engagements of NFP, EBP, condominium associations(HOA) and commercial audit
• Must have experience in preparing Reviews & Compilation engagements workpapers, of NFP, EBP, condominium associations(HOA) and commercial audit from planning workpapers, substantive testing
