Customer Service support
Scope of work:
1. Monitor Focus products availability against forecast (MTS)/ against order (MTO).
a. Phase 1: Turkey
b. Phase 2: IMEA Key countries, Rest of Turkey
2. Track the following KPI s:
a. Availability against Safety stock (SS)
b. Recovery time
c. Forecast consumption variations
d. Root cause for stock below safety levels
3. Take it up with relevant supply planner and acquire revival plan in case of stock below SS.
4. Raise the red flag with Business planner if forecast consumption is faster than usual trend.
5. Implement actions to prevent future recurrence of those reason codes of root causes identified.
6. No. of IDH under focus: 788 IDHs for Turkey. 2407 IDHs for IMEA Key countries.
